TransPar is a school transportation management and consulting firm founded in 1995, focuses on supporting instructional leaders in identifying quality improvements while lowering transportation costs. To date, we have worked with more than 400 districts, schools and state agencies from Rhode Island to Hawaii. Accordingly, TransPar has extensive experience in all aspects of student transportation, including:

Policies: eligibility, attendance boundaries, walk zones, discipline
Programs: magnet schools, choice schools, ESL, special needs, etc.
Efficiencies: time and bus capacity utilization, bell times, routing, planning
Expenses: driver wages, maintenance, fuel, state reimbursement, etc.

TransPar differs from school bus contractors in that the Company does not own buses. Instead, TransPar manages, supervises, staffs or otherwise supports transportation departments with the goal of achieving the best balance of safety, service and cost.
