We’ve created a new ticket type for tickets relating to employee performance and attendance. These tickets are automatically assigned to the employee’s supervisor and can only be viewed by the employee’s supervisor, directors, and system admin.
We’ve updated tickets so that users can associate multiple schools to a ticket. This association is useful for routing or instances when buses are down or late and it will impact multiple schools. The school field has been moved to the student section of the ticket and renamed “School of Attendance”.
Users can now import and export students into IMS. Importing will update any existing students’ grades and school assignments.
Users who have previously been using the student referral ticket type or student fields within tickets will find that we have created a tool to promote the students in the student database to the next grade level for the next school year .
To support the new employee ticket type, we’ve created a new Director user level that sits between the System Admin and Manager roles. The main difference between a Manager and a Director is the ability to view Employee tickets. A Manager may only view tickets for which they are supervisors for. A Director can view all employee tickets for the account.
We’ve made minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
