Major Improvements

Updated Ticket Screen Layout

The ticket screen has been updated with a more vertical layout so that the user can view all of the ticket info on one screen without having to click on different tabs.

Additionally, the ticket activity history has been moved and renamed “Feed” to give it a more familiar social user experience.

Student and Referral Management

Students have been moved to a new Student Management area to improve visibility of student information and ticket history.

We’ve also created a new “Student Referral” ticket type to allow districts to record and manage student referrals. When creating a referral, you can specify reasons for the referral for reporting purposes.

Custom Fields

Users can now create custom fields for ticket and student records.

Record Paging

Users can now page through tickets and students while on the ticket and student edit screens. This provides them a quicker way of browsing through records from the list screens.

Minor Improvements

New Terminal Field

Tickets can now be tagged for a terminal.

Report Screen Record Paging

Users can now page through records returned by the reporting filters.

List Screen Search Persistence

The list screens now save your last search criteria in between uses so that you don’t lose your previous search. If your previous filter was set as “All Closed”, “All Closed” will be activated on your return back to the page.

Note: The ticket list will always default back to “All Open” after you login.

Read Only View

When a ticket is closed, the ticket will appear in a new read only view mode where there are no edit controls.

Closed Tickets Are Read Only

Closed tickets are now read or view only. To edit a closed ticket you must re-open the ticket, make your changes, then re-close it.

Ticket List Appearance

Minor UI improvements have been made to the ticket list.

Organization Edit Form Access

You can now access the current organization’s edit screen from the settings menu in the main toolbar.

Default Page After Login

Users with access to only one account are now sent to that account’s ticket screen by default
