Updated the user interface to provide a more appealing aesthetic and represent Transpar’s branding.
Simplified the navigation so that users with only one organization do not have to view the organization list upon signing in. They go directly to their tickets page.

We improved the user list by adding fields to the list to avoid the user from having to open a user record to see what accounts they have access to
Previously, activities were created for each field change, which caused numerous activities for the same ticket modification. These changes are now combined into a single activity entry.
In previous versions, IMS would assume the uploaded document included new employees so it created duplicate employees upon upload. It now updates existing employees with information from the spreadsheet.
Users can now have an alternate email address that will receive IMS emails.
You can now filter out inactive organizations and users from their lists.
In previous versions, the “Taken to hospital” and “Liquidated damages” fields were not saving. Those fields now save.
