Major Improvements

Updated look and feel

Updated the user interface to provide a more appealing aesthetic and represent Transpar’s branding.

Improved navigation

Simplified the navigation so that users with only one organization do not have to view the organization list upon signing in. They go directly to their tickets page.

Added Fleet Modeling and RouteYieldTM links in the navigation bar so users can switch between apps more easily.

Ticket reporting

Users can now create ticket reports using IMS’s new reporting interface. Reports can be printed or exported to .csv.

Assign ticket during creation

Users can now assign a ticket to a user when they create the ticket.

Self-serve password recovery

Users can now reset their password without having to contact TransPar to have their password reset.

Attach .zip and MS Office documents to tickets

Users can now attach .zip, .doc[x], .xls[x] files to tickets.

Simplified ticket list screen

We improved the ticket list to better utilize the screen real estate and consolidated the filtering to a toolbar.

Help Menu w/ user guide

The IMS user guide is now accessible from within the application. Additionally there is a support request form that users can use to request assistance with a specific issue.

Minor Improvements

Simplified the organization list and form

Removed the address columns and moving the application buttons to allow the list to take up less space per row.

Removed unused fields and converted the account list to a more user friendly selector.

Attaching and removing documents now adds entries to the activity list

Adding and removing documents now creates an entry in the ticket activity list so that users can see when a document was added or removed.

Added account list and permissions to the user list

We improved the user list by adding fields to the list to avoid the user from having to open a user record to see what accounts they have access to

Consolidated changes to a ticket to one activity entry

Previously, activities were created for each field change, which caused numerous activities for the same ticket modification. These changes are now combined into a single activity entry.

Uploading employee rosters updates the employee list

In previous versions, IMS would assume the uploaded document included new employees so it created duplicate employees upon upload. It now updates existing employees with information from the spreadsheet.

Alternate email address for users

Users can now have an alternate email address that will receive IMS emails.

Archiving filters for organizations and users

You can now filter out inactive organizations and users from their lists.

Bug Fixes

Some ticket fields were not saving

In previous versions, the “Taken to hospital” and “Liquidated damages” fields were not saving. Those fields now save.
